6:00am 1:30pm Saturday
All vehicles that cannot check-in during this time must be manually
searched at AWMA. An additional fee will be incurred.
FPS Mobile Scanning Facility Inspection Procedure
1)
Complete the AWMA
Freight Delivery Form and fax to the event host. Make sure to
keep a copy in your office and have a copy in each delivery vehicle.
2) When you arrive to the FPS Mobile Scanning Facility, present
your freight delivery form and drivers license at the gate.
3) The guard will check paperwork and direct you to the scanning
area.
4) Truck will be x-rayed and locked down.
5) Do not remove the seal until you check in with security
at Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium.

Delivering
to Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium
1)
All deliveries must be made through the side entrances. We do not
have a loading dock.
2) Check in with security guard and then stage vehicle in
side alley. The guard will check your truck and give all workers
a day pass as they enter the auditorium. Please wear this pass at
all times while in the building.
3) Once checked in, you may begin loading in.
4) Vehicles must be moved off property once load-in in completed
to allow for additional vehicles to gain admittance.
5) There is no parking available at the Mellon Auditorium
for trucks or personal vehicles for staff.
Picking
Up at Mellon
1)
Check in with the security officers then, restage vehicles in side
alleys.
2) All vehicles are subject to search by security.
3) Do not attempt to remove the bollards at the end of the
driveways. These may only be removed by security officers at the
building.
