Pricing
Turnkey Venue Solutions start at $1,500.
Your final management fee depends on the size and complexity of your event, the number of vendors involved, and the level of coordination required. Before any work begins, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining exactly what's included, so you'll know the cost before making any commitment.
Complete Event Management
From the first venue search to the final guest departure, we'll handle the details.
Some events need more than venue sourcing or a turnkey solution. If you're looking for a single team to guide the entire process, our Complete Event Management service provides strategic planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution from start to finish.
We'll develop venue recommendations, prepare detailed proposals and budgets for multiple venue options, help refine your event design and guest experience, coordinate vendors, manage timelines, oversee logistics, and serve as your primary point of contact throughout the planning process.
